At Dan John, we ensure our contemporary Italian tailoring meets your expectations; however, if you are not fully satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Dan John account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization code.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn garments with all original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure the items remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier service; once our warehouse verifies the condition of the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
